Tonsillitis
Tonsillitis is an inflammation of the tonsils, which are two oval-shaped tissue pads in the back of the throat, one on each side. Swollen tonsils, a painful throat, trouble swallowing, and sensitive lymph nodes on the sides of the neck are all signs and symptoms of tonsillitis.
Tonsillitis Symptoms
- Chills and fever
- Breath problems
- Neck stiffness
- A voice that is rough or muted
- Neck or jaw glands that are swollen
- Fever
- Tenderness or discomfort in the throat
- Tonsils that are red
- Tonsils with a white or yellow coating
- Blisters or ulcers in your throat are painful.
- Headache
- Appetite loss.
- Ear pain
- Having difficulty swallowing
